It’s very rare to have back to back posts but this one couldn’t wait. I was having lunch when Laurent emailed this photo over with the subject line “Yeah, we’re going out” and I nearly choked on my food. You couldn’t have posed this picture better or asked her to make a better face. Photo courtesy of Laurent, this is DEFINITELY my new favorite. Some new pics from the weekend of our happy little Chloe. Well she was happy during these photos… our first rough weekend where she cried more than usual and wanted to be held more than usual. I’m not sure if teething has started, it’s on and off so I can’t really tell. Whatever it is, hopefully it passes quickly and before we get on our flight to France in a few days.

And who doesn’t love Winnie the Pooh, especially in the form of a hoodie!??!?!

 

And suddenly it’s October… how did that happen? The weather is definitely turning cold quickly and so we try and get outside and often as possible. Although at this rate, I need to find Ms. Chloe a hat that is big enough to fit her big crown head but not so thick that it makes her sweat. Her ears turn super cold so quick because she’s got no hair for warmth!

And now for my new favorite picture, here’s our smiling, laughing, adorable baby girl.

 

Today baby Chloe got to spend all day with Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Queenie, Daddy and Mommy (who successfully got through a million lines of budget code and finished her first draft!).  Yay for family!

Beautiful weather means Daddy usually goes for a stroll to the park with baby Chloe. It was a particularly sunny day and so baby Chloe was rocking her shades. Daddy found a shadier section of the turf and so Chloe got to pose with the NYC skyline.

Happy seven months to baby Chloe! No doctor’s appointment for a few months so no stat updates, but am LOVING the plum outfit from Sab and therefore had to showcase it. And look at her, she think she’s a big girl, standing all by herself with her hands held together. Didn’t last long since she was wearing socks, because down she went right after I snapped that pic!

Love our silly little girl with all her funny faces and her bald-I-have-a-few-wisps-of-hair-but-nothing-really head. =0)

 

 

Football season has officially begun and while my hopes are relatively low for the Big Blue this year (I think it’s going to be another really LONG disappointing season), I am very hopeful that we have a new fan in the making! #1 of 2 Big Blue outfits!  Stay tuned!

Nothing particularly special to report out… it’s a little crazy at work now that budget season is upon us and so my posts may become shorter and less frequent… here are a few pictures lately…

Mommy goes to work and so does baby Chloe! She is Daddy’s number one helper! I don’t know what’s better, the overalls or the headlamp?  LOL!

This post comes a few days late… but that’s what happens when the pediatrician goes on summer vacation and hence our six month appointment was later than usual.  Baby Chloe got her last round of Hep shots and is growing like a weed.  Doc says she’s super cute, but I’m sure he says that about ALL his patients.

Chloe does a great job of sitting although she still doesn’t have it down 100% as she’ll topple to the sides every now and then.  But while she’s sitting, it’s so much fun to snap pictures of her!

The funniest part of her visit though was how amused she was with the sound of the paper on the changing table.  Who would have thought?  Check out this video:
