Things on the wall…

Things on the wall…

In their entire lives, my children have never written anything on the wall. And then this happens… pictures are louder than words…

And that’s not washable marker mind you. That’s a permanent marker (Sharpie).
Yep those are Chloe’s boogers ALL over the wall. Must have been acquired over weeks. And yes I made her wash it off herself (and took over after for a good final scrub).

I can’t wait to show my kids this when they’re parents themselves…

Stuck at Home

Stuck at Home

School are officially closed and we are all stuck in home. We are keeping the kids away from Grandma and Grandpa out of precaution. And so we fill our days doing lots of different things with the children to keep them engaged and occupied.

Arts and crafts with Daddy
Okay so this is clearly outdoors – we went for a quick walk around the block and I let the kids jump on the spider for 2 minutes before dragging them back to the house to wash their hands.
Daily homework despite being out of school and Sebastien’s penmanship is getting stronger by the day
Homework every day, no exceptions! So proud of both Chloe and Sebastien.
Haircuts for everyone!
Aladdin on Broadway

Aladdin on Broadway

On another whim, Chloe and I went to see Aladdin after winning tickets via the lottery (thanks Dad for entering!). Sebastien is still adamant that all he wants to watch is Transformers on Broadway but I think I’ll take him to Frozen in a few more months when he’s ready.

Chloe had a blast – thrilled to see another play and loved every minute of it. Even made sure to tell me that we were SO HIGH since we were in the very last row of the audience in the balcony. I told her they were the best seats since we were the highest, HA HA!
